Graphite Club

A community art "school"

About the Instructor:

Brian Wolbert is an artist that has a passion for working across various mediums such as clay, charcoal, graphite and digital. His ceramics and charcoal portraits have been exhibited locally and internationally. He discovered his passion for teaching during a recent adventure living on the beautiful Caribbean island of Grenada, where he taught both drawing and ceramics at Art School Greenz. When he's not creating tiny teapots and functional ceramics for BW Pots, or working on a portrait commission, you can find him surfing the waves at Ocean Beach.

Brian earned his BFA in Ceramics at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, and his MFA in Visual Development from the Academy of Art in San Francisco.

About the Space:

Classes will be held at Westside Art House, a neighborhood meeting place in the Inner Richmond district of San Francisco.
